The Role:
At Hiring Solutions Company, we want our clients to fully adopt our Sniperhire e-Recruitment platform and maximise the benefits from their decision to work with us. Our eRecruitment Implementation & Process Consultant will be responsible for realising this ambition. The aim of the role is simple, to use your recruitment knowledge and skills to deliver Sniperhire on time, on budget, to specification and to the satisfaction of both clients and colleagues. |
Requirements:
One of the keys to our success is that each member of the implementation team has a blend of experience in recruitment, project management and technology. In order to give credible advice to our clients, our eRecruitment Implementation & Process Consultant must bring the following attributes: Essential: - Hands on experience of recruitment and the ability to analyse and map processes.
- Experience in all areas of the recruitment cycle. i.e. manpower planning, requisition, vacancy advertising, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews, offer management and on-baording.
- Previous experience of e-recruitment implementations or product either as a client/consultant.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a consultancy role.
- Experience of successful change management.
- A deep understanding of internet application development or use.
- Commercial awareness.
Desirable: - Experience of using MS Project and other project management tools and techniques.
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE 2.
- Fluency in Arabic (in addition to good written English).

Responsibilities:
In this exciting and challenging role you will be responsible for: - Leading and supporting multiple projects in multiple clients and locations concurrently.
- Supporting business development.
- User adoption, satisfaction and client retention.
- Contributing to the development of the Sniperhire implementation methodology.
- Contributing to the development of the Sniperhire product.
